Approved Agent beta accounts can create one Basic-scan API key with 10 starter credits. Keys are shown once, access is manually reviewed, and there is no public payment checkout in this pilot.

1. Store the key The plaintext key is only visible after create or rotate.
2. Send stable requests Use Authorization: Bearer plus one idempotency key per target attempt.
3. Route status Poll the status URL; treat credits.low and pilot_credits_required as operator tasks.
4. Verify events Webhook events are signed when enabled; polling remains the source of truth for every request.
